After taking a "dry clean only" featherbed to them it was returned to me totally unusable. After bringing it back to them for the owner to evaluate I was told that they would not refund the cost of the cleaning even though they ruined the item. I am completely dissatisfied and do not plan to use their services again.
I have been going to this cleaners for a very long time. I have never had a problem with them. Every time I pick up my clothes, they are perfect. The service is also wonderful, very nice people!
